I don't know why. But I keep picturing Beecher saying: "Looks like we'll NOT need those explosives, Boomer."

That lighting... That detail... That perfection... Have we died during those 6 years and gone to Castle heaven?

What I always loved about Castle series is how Oscar uses grey colours only and manages to never make it dull.

Out of curiosity, how big is the project, Oscar? In terms of the size on your HDD, that is. I've always wondered how much space does this sorta animation take.

Heh, now that you brought it up I had to check. It's directory is at the moment 63.9GB. Damn that's a lot, I'm guessing lots of files can be cleaned up without problem though, like older versions of scenes, etc.

I somehow imagined it would be more. Well, I guess it also depends on the length of the current animation. If it's no secret, how many minutes are done as of now? Or are you still more or less in the "modelling" phase?

Oscar, may I suggest investing in an external hard drive (If you don't have one already)? I have one that's about 2 TB, been using it for the past two years for large photoshop files and gaming, and it still has a ton of space for more.

I have a WD NAS to backup most of my files (it's also 2TB actually), and also keep a copy at my local HDD for the most recent files. Worked well so far

It's hard to say but I've at least mocked up approx. 3-4 minutes with soundtrack etc. Much is being made simultaneously like models to be used in more than one shot, characters and so on
