Football game
Hi guys,
I thought I'd share something I've created at work:

It's an alpha version of a 2 player football game, running in Flash. :-) Why the heck did I make this at work you might ask? It's for self education in AS3. Something to work on between the projects. Share it and play with your friends! Beware of bugs and other creeps.
It's interesting, will there be a way to have a multiplayer match over the internet?

The idea has been thought of, but it's probably too big of a project to handle for this time.
Will you add stuff like FXAA support? : D

How long did it take to make this?
That's pretty amazing, though there doesn't seem to be a speed limit.

Holycrapballs it's really slow on my laptop. Of course, it's at least five years old, but still...
Didn't really get a good look at gameplay, etc, but it does look professional and very well done. I do like.
Have you thought about doing a 1-player version? Or would that be too challenging a project to take on?

That's right. You can actually trick the player into unlimited speed if you know how to abuse current glitches, ahe.
Like Tobu said that would require AI. It's probably be a lot of fun making it but also take lots of time getting it right. So, not at the moment.
Why can you jump in the game?
That's utterly pointless. I thought it'd be nice if you could catch the ball but it just never happens.
My favorite part was the loading screen.
