Well you say it's set in 'a fantasy medieval era' but could you give us a hint what continent? At the moment I'm assuming Europe, which leads me to my suggestion: something in Latin. I ran a few through this translator (and I'm not entirely sure how accurate it is so you might want to double check it) and the first one I liked was 'the challenge' which translated to 'provocati'.
If you did the title in Latin you could have it be a bit more descriptive of the game while having only people who speak Latin fully understanding it. Up to you if the dead language would be a plus or a minus for you, but here's the translator (it does other languages too).

*Sigh* here is the basic main story:
The game opens with a story book kind of cutscene. The player at this moment is only a baby, the village where this baby lives is attacked and the parents manage to escape into the mountains with the baby where it is snowy and stormy. They hide in a cave and live their for years while the baby grows to be in their later teens - early twenties and finally leaves their family to explore the world for themselves. They fall down a hole in the ground which leads to another cave which is where the gameplay actually starts.
The one who attacked the village is a sort of puppeteer which looks a little like General Grievous, he wants to take over this world. This world being what I asked help for coming up with a name for. Basically your character's main quest is to find and kill this puppeteer.
Since you mentioned Skyrim, Skyrim is the name of the world that you play in, it doesn't have anything to do with killing Alduin like the main quest/story is. So I'm not entirely sure why you need to know the story so you can name a world with a random name that sounds good. Skyrim was named as such because it is based in the province that Bethesda named years ago. The reason for the name itself is that it is the top of Tamriel being the rim of the sky. The game I am making has many biomes and places to go (Desert, Snowy mountains, Jungle, Forests, Flat lands, Grassy areas, etc.)
I can't wait to try this game out!

I really like all of them and I think it suits the plot well.
Thank you Tobu, I like those names
You're naming the world after one from another game? That seems like a very bad idea. Not only could you get hit by crazed lawyers, but it also removes some of the identity of your own game. You should seriously consider changing it to something original.
Who said I was naming it after another game????????
No no no, thats not what I was taking about. Nothing in my game is going to be called Skyrim. Some people were talking about Skyrim, so I was saying that the game Skyrim is named because of the world, not the story.
Oooooh yeah sorry, I guess I wasn't reading closely enough and thought you were still talking about your game when you said "...Skyrim is the name of the world that you play in..." My mistake, I should have read more carefully.

Not necessarily half-assed. I think he just wants to keep information at a basic level and, I think it's an alright start for an indie game.
so you've got a big team of artists and designers to create and script a world of warcraft's worth of content, eh
man I bet you've got some seriously talented coders to facilitate the massively multiplayer aspect of it, too
is it an epic trilogy
I know you won't listen to me, but you should seriously scale your game the fuck down. What you've got going now is like every single kid's first game project (hint: they always end in failure).

As a matter of fact, I do have 2 very talented coders, 3 amazing artists, 2 animators, maybe 1 or two people making music, and 2 writers. I constantly have people asking me if they can help in some way.
And when I'm done making the base of the game, I have some voice actors in mind. I am also raising money so I can pay the people helping.
Also, I'm not really a child, I'm almost 19, maybe a "child" to some of you, but I'm not just a little kid with hopes of making a game.
