To be exact, flash isn't allowed to be uploaded.
Stickmaniaz, I strongly suggest making another sig picture, that one without flash files, and including links in text like you already have.

Please tell me where is this written, I haven't found it. Also, I have never seen anybody to have a sig like that, so I'm not sure if you can use it. Somewhere else it's written flash files aren't allowed to be uploaded, so I conclude sigs like that are not allowed too.
One of reasons is because flash sigs would cause forum pages to load slowly.
If you are still not sure, I suggest contacting one of mods, I have done my best.

Whatever, this is explicitly not allowed. If you link it, it will load from other websites, still slowing the download of the page for a laaaarge margin.
Shrink in down, save it in PNG or Jpeg, upload it here, and it should work.

From what I remember, the only ones being able to upload .swf files on DQ are the admins. Furthermore, if anyone cared to enter their control panel and go to "edit signature" they would've seen this:

As a last comment, I personally dislike the use of image signatures. I find that a simple avatar and perhaps a statement or a link is enough. An image signature breaks up the post flow and is generally distracting. But yeah, it's not against the rules and I don't dislike anyone who does it. We all have reasons I guess.

I just would like it is the word limit was a little longer, because the phrase I wanted to put in seems to pass the limit. :/

I think word limit was longer before, but was changed later because of awfuly long signatures people used. I think and I hope it will stay as it is, there's no need of long sigs out of a clear reason.
