Avatar report and suggestion

I want to report and suggest at the same time :] Starting with the report

I attempted to upload a 100x100 PNG avatar, the filesize was below 19.5 kb and the picture contained transparent areas. But DQ converted the picture into bad-quality JPG. I'm wondering what's going on, I've never encountered this problem before.

And the suggestion. Please increase the avatar filesize. The only way to make 100x100 png pictures fit the 19.5 kb limit is to replace 10% of the picture with transparent areas. This minimizes the filesize, but not being able to add those "extra" pixels is ridiculous. T_T I don't believe DQs server space is made of crap so increasing the limit to 25 kb shouldn't be a problem at all.

25 kb limit would allow users to upload transparent (or non transparent) 100x100 png pictures with the resolution of 72 DPI.

I've actually had the same problem once, i tried exporting the PNG to a JPEG instead (remaining the quality and instead of using transparency, i just copied the colour of the area around the avatars here on DQ and filled out the transparent areas with that colour giving it the same effect)

It's annoying though, using transparent PNG files would be easier.

I did that too, but I ended up lowering the image quality because JPG fails at compressing itself and keeping the quality at the same time D:

Well, it woked with me, and the quality remained, but if i remember right, i shrinked the image a bit to lower the filesize.
