The Inactives are on a list, and places are offered in relation to that list. Wadling PMd me his sheet early on, and I particularly want him on board as he is an experienced RPer who can act as second lead, as well as help moderate and advance the story which is beneficial to everyone.

ok that sounds cool were is the inactive list....
I currently don't know. People who are interested can create a character to be put on an Inactive List, and they will be contacted when new slots open up.
when will Quarintine be open to new players??
