First, I suggest that "The Rules" should be like on the top of every forum, like an annoncement, or something.

And why? Most people skip the rules because they have been in a thread and would like to respond to it so they join DQ and go straight to the thread they want to post in. A splash screen would be much better but then again only on the main forum page or else it would just be annoying just as my foot up my own arse which is impossible for me to do anyway.

Well, I suggest that the admins should add more categories into the forum. The current number makes it feel like a really small place to post at, and-

But this is something you can not just control or you'll need some drastic measures such as the splashscreen I was talking about or some new member activational thing.

Yeah, I've been here, when they had activational, didn't work well for me, just ask Dataa, DataaX9, and all my other multiple accounts, but I'm glad they don't have no more, or I guess, I was here I think before hack, I think so, so it was messed up

My only suggestion would be that you add the rules 'mods/admins can go against the rules' so when people see you guys doing it they won't think that it's ok to do it now and then get infracted
And when i say that i mean the spam we usually get infracted for, that you guys wouldn't
