DQ on facebook?

This is a suggestion that I think would be a cool idea. To have DQ group on face book! Tell me what you think.

Theres nothing that says you can't.
But when ever i make or posting something from DQ i ask oscar if it's okay.
Like i joined some other web forum like a year ago (Dead now and no was not because of me. It's because of the ban happy admin/second in command.)
It was for a TSRP server (I don't care if you don't know what that is. Just say you know what it is and i will be happy.)
Any ways i ask oscar if it was okay to add my avi.
You know that real old one of mine that was a stick mans face.
It was from the castle wall paper.
He said yes but still castle is oscars work. He holds the copy right,
And he holds what ever the web version of a copy right is.

And i have to ask why should you be the one to make.
I mean it's not your website. You don't really have any support for this. maybe a few post but thats it. Your not a admin, mod, or goldmember.

Plus in the long run i think this is going to be stressful for oscar.
I mean he has no control over this group and yet noobs will be asking PM him as if he did.

But this is my view. Do as you wish, Because i can't stop you. only you can and the admin/mods (mods only if they were really really evil.) can stop you.

Alright, I just sent a message to Oscar. If he doesn't like it then I'll get rid of the group, if he does then I'll leave it alone. I see what you mean with everything, but I just thought that I could try to do something innovative.

Dude, don't think he's doing something illegal just cause he made a DQ facebook, its just like a fan club or something.Think of it from HAWKEYE44's perspective, he's just a hard fan of Castle and he wants to make a fan club, because he's a fan himself!

Facebook unfortunately doesn't have that option so damn.

with the private option people just have to search your profile or just go to the link your given add to freinds and boom. you can see there prof. while its still on private. you control who can see your prof. it still appears on search engines

This is true, but if you are worried about privacy issues, just don't join. Another advantage of having the facebook group can IM each other quickly. This way you can tell others about new threads you started or other DQ events. The reader can then go over to DQ and check it out.

I had Facebook... it sucked. There is to much on there so the pages load real slow and if anyone says "oh that's your problem get a decent computer" screw you. I have a really fast computer (5Gb RAM) with a decent internet connection (54.0Mbps). Two other reasons to hate it are: there is no anonymity and you can't permanently delete your account only deactivate it. So if you accidently put in your email and password to check your accounts gone, it reactivates and you have to go through the whole damn process again. Why would you want another DQ page anyway? We already have this which is much better for the circumstances.
