No img tags, coding or high quality signatures

It annoys me that we aren't allowed to use img tags in our signatures. Or simple BB coding.
I tried uploading a signature (png format), but it turned out like shit. Extreme low quality jpg

Actually OnlyHorse we still are able to upload pics into out siggys. All that's changed is the code.
