I have to say I wish I knew. It looks like it's restricting access to something.

It only happens to me when I update my profile crap. Like albums and social groups.

Well, Oscar said he'd have Net check it out. We'll find out what it really is later.

Probably just some codes of the console that show when they're not supposed to.
Have you actually ever seen such a console? Every thing you do pops up like 10 sentences, just to say your action succeeded.
See, it says /class_image first failed but then succeeded on... line 333(?).

It is just PHP's warning that Safe mode is in effect and that you are accessing a temporary image.
Basically when you upload an avatar or signature picture or something like that, it uploads it to a temporary directory, and then moves it from there into a specified directory on DQ.
Trying to access this directory while PHP is in safe-mode will fire up this warning. Nothing has actually gone wrong. :)
If it was an error not a warning, then PHP would terminate the page completely and you'd be shown either a blank page or moved to a different one.
Pretty much nothing to be concerned about at all.
