As you all may know, the good members and mods are disappearing. And misbehaving, new members are increasing vastly. What we need to do is think about a mod militia. Not for immediate use, but just in case this gets out of hand, my idea is for the administrators to pick a temporary group of moderators ( i chose the admins because they appear to be the highest rank) to assist for a while. Who's with me?

I'm not really with this Militia shit, but i do think there should be at least another mod appointed due to the absence of 2 mods currently, even if it is temporary work like i did.

Visions, your concern is appreciated. However, personally I got the impression Polo joined the team mainly to ensure I would be replaced in case I had no internet when I went abroad. I did have internet and only just now will be going offline, and that for just barely 3 months. We wont be needing a new Moderator and as earlier pointed out, we still have the Admins around.

I'd rather increase the values given to those whom misbehave (higher infraction points) than appoint someone to a moderator position who wasn't ready or suitable for that position.
