Explained Absence

Hey guys.

After reading a number of posts around the place either wondering where I was, or complaining about my uselessness I realised that I never actually told anyone where I was going. I just kinda disappeared, so good for me. So for the benefit of those who feel they have to know this'll clear the air a bit.

I've recently moved out to attend university in 2009, and moved pretty much across country. Yeah I know NZ's kinda small compared to say moving across the US, but it's still a significant move. I'm in a hall of residence, much like an American college, and I'm going to brag and say that I got accepted into one of the best HORs in the country at Victoria University in Wellington. (Get your maps out. I moved up from Dunedin)

I've also been accepted into Law School, and have begun a double bachelor degree of Law and Arts (Majoring in Media Studies), and the classes for a number of my minors are also pretty competitive as they have some annoyingly intelligent people. :wink:
In addition again, I'm also getting back into volleyball and am trying out handball to see if it's any fun, and I might be getting into debating as well if I have time, which I have little of. Adding that to acting/ theatre pursuits as well as VA work, it all adds up in the end.

So yeah, at the moment everything's pretty full on while everything falls into place.

So while I'm having a great time with a tonne of new friends, going out clubbing/drinking, attending classes, and keeping up with studies, for the moment I'm going to be rather infrequent. I'll be around, just not as active as I was for the next couple of months. Feel free to still send me PMs, or hit me up with an email if you need to, although if it is an urgent issue regarding DQ I'd recommend sending it to another moderator who is more active as they can deal with the issue faster.

Yes, I live in NZ too and it is nothing compared to America(lol)and when i complete my NCEAs i hope to go to dunedin University to study the state of law and enforcement.

Just in case your curious vision the mod bots are the guys who give people infraction points for not following the rules reach a 100 and your outa here every admin and moderator knows the account password of the modbot so if someone brakes a rule a moderator/admin signs into to the modbot account and gives you an infraction as punishment they expire of course in a time period.
We have two mod bots so far they are ranked DQ lawlers just like the mods but with no mod powers.
Apparently Drunckat is also a lawler.
When your banned you only get unbanned when your latest infraction point that reached a 100 expires.
Get banned three times your permanently banned so i think you know about infraction points now.

Actually, yes I do. I auditioned for him and was going to voice Ray in Part 3 after a bunch of feedback against the originally cast actor. However because of timezone issues and whatnot, we agreed that I couldn't cotinue how he wanted to record and the original actor was reinstated.
