As like many of you i love the castle series but i just wanted to ask whats with their heads? Its like there body is black but the heads are gray or white idk but whats up with that?

Because they take off the skins of other stickfigures and put it on their faces, like Leatherface does. The decay gives it a certain grayish tint.
