Well so far all the games for x-box 360 have been unoriginal and not much of

an improvement except graphics, the only really decent game has been call of

duty 2, which was pretty much just a port from the pc.

Im not sure that this is true but my friend read this in some game

magazine..

They where talking about wether they should add this brand

new security that they resently created into the PS3. This is how it works.

Once you buy the PS3... you put in the BRAND new game... the PS3 then does

something to the cd or w/e and you CANT use that cd anywhere exept that PS3

that you own... wich means NO PREOWNED games at the stores. So if you sell a

PS3 all the games with it will have to go together because they will be no

good use for other PS3's. Sony might lose ALOT of money if this do this...

Im a pc gamer all the way.I think all

consoles are inferior. I understand that the next gen consoles graphics will

surpass that of the pc's, but there controls will never do so.Also although

for a few months the graphics on the xbox 360 may be better than the pc's

graphics, pc wil eventually surpass xbox 360 again. With the release of

windows vista and direct x 10 the pc will blow away the xbox 360's

graphics.

Using your logic then, you should be getting

upset about all these Xbox people saying Xbox360 is better, when they have

nothin to compare it too.

JadenKepp; I agree that PCs are superior,

simply because of browsing the internet, better suited for MMO gaming, true

multiplayer. As for this graphics stuff you talk about, the graphics are made

and run on computers, that simulate an Xbox360 or PS3, Computers will always

be superior. Pricing? not as much.

However, Windows Vista is a hype,

its been how many years since windows XP? Windows XP was released in late

2001 I think, 5 years later in 2006, Windows Vista. I honestly feel Microsoft

is approaching this the wrong way, however it will always be superior,

considering it is the choice for the majority of all popular games, and

applications.

I think the rapid expansion of technology is really

overloading the OS industry. Windows needs to release a 64bit compatable CPU

to keep up, but I can see it coming up soon, dual 64bit CPUs, with 128bits of

processing power, how far will that take us?

What happens when AMD

supports DDR3, will Vista be ready for that? That will be a MAJOR step up in

gaming and multitasking.

We have the two Video cards together

technology, crossfire or something, When directX10 comes out, they have to

remake Video cards to support the new standards.

Microsoft controls

the DirectX 10 standards, etc. They could implement Dx10 into the Xbox360,

giving it the same guts as a computer.

Could Vista utilise Xbox360's

gaming/processing power to enhance PC games?

Its these kind of things

you need to consider too. :S

I just cannot grasp hold of the controls of PS2, or

X-box nomatter how hard i try! The PC is much easier to use for gaming so i

say. I don't really care about the graphics as long as it's not too

pixelated and laggy.

I feel Xbox

controllers (small ones that are now standard) are more comfortable for

Shooters because the sticks are grooved in for your thumbs and move slower. I

have trouble with mice because they seem to not have as much control, (No 360

movements without picking it up at least once) but you can aim a lot faster.

But its a given that PS2 controllers are the best.

yea i agree on the 360 degrees movements bit, but then

with those sticks you always turn just a bit too much, or a bit to little,

and then you push it back into the target, and again it fails, by the time

you get it on target, the enemy has alreasy shot you.

You

can buy game controllers for the PC.

If you find you're picking up

your mouse alot just to sortof, do a turn, go into your mice settings

(control panel) and adjust its pickup, or sensitivity.

My mouse has

quickchange sensitivity, so I can switch between 400 DPI (slooow) to 2000 DPI

(extremely fast)

The higher the sensitivity, the harder it is to aim

carefully though.

I know, thats why I

always have my sensitivity under 3 on CS.
