[movement] Stick head moving

Ok how can I make a stick's head to turn, I

heard its something with masking layers and that stuff.Please help

I think i know how

thats done... you just make a mask and draw a circle then in the mask layer,

draw a scrolling face. You do know how to mask? right?

obviously you must have got

some bit wrong. Check the following steps and see if you have done any of

them wrong:
1. make a graphic which is a black rectangle with the face in

the middle
2. make a layer above it with a black circle which just covers

the face and is the same height as the symbol
3. right-click on the layer

with the black circle in, and click on mask
4. now tween the face to

move
5. publish!
