50 days of news and updates!

Been a long time since I wrote a news but since Oscar has harassed me for quite a while I have finally decided that I will try and update the site each day for 50 straight days. This is going to be a challenge and I doubt every update will be major. However I will try and do my best :) Hope you all have enjoyed the summer and we will have major surprises for you this fall.

Since we have been getting quite a few PM from users who want to change their username I thought I would make it easier for both you people and us. Simply put we are adding a username request into your personal account settings. From there you can request changes to your current username.

Wouldn't it be easier so that the User can change their name there an then. I hear its possible. I've also seen it.

Problem is that we would have no control over people then, someone who likes to harass people could just rename themself thousand times. They could pick vulgare and ban worthy names, they could have spam in the names etc etc.

rezuth has a good point about the harassment of names, namely victory's retarded and victory sucks, i wonder how their names came in without anyone noticing until victory banned them, there should also be something for new members where there name has to be checked, and anything inappropriot wouldnt be allowed, just a thought, but dont implement it if its too much trouble, just ban them straight off the bat for being an idiot, lol

Oh cool, but i can't find the option, and even if i could see it, i can't change my name to Paradox because there is already some guy who last posted in 2006 with that name :(

Also, the whole screening process for names is a bad idea, namely because you can see their names in the newest member section. Also, if they don't get noticed that would mean they don't post, so they're not being offensive.
