Repercussions Update - 75%

Hey folks!

Most of the bugs since the upgrade to DQv4 seems to have been solved. I'm happy to say that as a result I've had some time to finally get back on the work of Castle Repercussions :)

Today I finished the third of the total four parts which will be in Castle Repercussions. Only 25% to go! I beleive the time to release is not insanely far away, but it's still some time (months) left.

A new screenshot has been added to the upcoming section. Someone standing in a pile of blood. Hmm, who could that be? :rolleyes5: Total running time is now 17 minutes. I'm sorry to say that's all I have for now, but I will do my best to keep you updated! Thanks for keeping the site alive guys.

It's clearly Etrius standing over hte body of Lloyd. If you look carefully, only Etrius' fingers are that length and Lloyds skin is that colour. As fro the gun, it's clearly Boomer's, who must have been killed by Etrius prior.

Ok, for those that believed me. I made it up, I can't a damn thing from that screenshot.

Well almost nothing. If you lok carefully, you can see that the hand is turned facing upwards. I'd be willing to venture a guess that we are looking from the perspective of a solider who has just been killed, or otherwise knocked to hte ground. The other black circle is likely to be his knee.

The gun is reflected in the blood, which is liqid and gives reflections :smilewinkgrin:

My guess is the general came back after some time to see what happened and he's looking at beecher dead with a gun next to him, best I can do. Or a zombie came and killed beecher and Etrius killed the zombie and looked at beecher. Last Idea - beecher came back and looked at Etrius and fell to the ground.

as for the screenshot, i think it is just a regular gun, or boomers, hard to tell, and its the screen of the floor, so its going up, as in, the hand is of a dead soldior, and the black thing, is probably a foot of someone who is standing above the scene

Ahem, the gun clearly has 2 barrels, while Beecher's one only has one. Also, IF it was Beecher's gun, then we could have clearly seen a sniper scope on the screen. Finnaly, you'll see clear differences in the gun's volume and it's grip handle.
Also, let us not forget the fact Beecher is now probably safely in the base with the General!!!

Anyway, the dead guy is obviously a soldier. And I even know wich one.
Anyone noticed the soldier wich was cut in two by a tentacle, right after the group came out of the corridor with Ray and before another soldier getting "head-impaled", fell with his hand VERY near his knee.
The amount of blood can also suggest this, due to the intensive bleeding after being cut in two and such.

Wich means al least one character got there. My guess is Ray. Watch the Reprecussions trailer again and wait until the end. Ray will come out of an hole and get atacked. My guess is that this hole is the door that was slowly closing before the group in part D. The 2 demons, still wanting to get them, broke up the door and wanted to follow them, but the General and beecher were already away. One, or both stayed there and then attacked Ray when he came in. Ray probably killed them, and then watched down on the dead, sliced open soldier.

Last thing...the soldiers guns are reddened slightly, all the rest are greyish

Its kinda sad when a new screenshot is posted... People take it apart and spoil the plot for us in theories which keeps our minds running around and saying : "Which one?! Which theory is more accurate?!"

The screenshot is awesome and I guess we'll expect more blood than usual. And that's definitely Boomer's shotgun (or scattergun? >.<). Someone here posted that its the massacre of Boomer's surviving squad... I would agree on that. I wouldn't say what is the situation from my perspective... Just for the sake of not tearing the screenshot apart.

It works like a shotgun. Whether Boomer's weapon is a shotgun or scattergun... I don't know. In general, call it Boomer's shotgun. xD

Why the heck they would come back? they already know what happened and probably assume that everyone is dead anyway, and they got the Orb they were after.

Hmmm it's cant be Etrius...he was shot in the head (or was it the neck?) ...and what's with the orb? and in Castle 3a after Etruis wakes up...there's a voice that says: "ReLeAsE mE" is that the wise one talking to Etruis? can the orb only give power when some1 has been bit? and are the powers of the wise one sealed within the orb? if so even with the wise one's powers...a shot through the brain/neck = dead away...

umm but when ray got to the door he was banging on it... so he had to go through the hole that the demon that smashed him into the wall made.
