Video/ Picture uploader on DQ

I think that DQ should have something like photobucket or imageshack a video and picture uploader, like for uploading signautres and avatars or just regular pictures and videos.

Thats not what DQ is about. Having images for an avatar and signature are privileges to those whom can create them.

We will host some avatars, on the condition they meet our requirements.
The reason we don't host images and videos is bandwidth. We only have a certain amount we can use each month and we'd rather save it for the forum or for people viewing the website in general including Oscar's flash movies.
