[FLASH] Stick tweens or FBF?

Does anyone know

if ooscar uses tweens or frame by frame for the sticks in his movies?

but I'm pretty sure he tweened in his Wanted series. Although I'm sure that

he's using f-b-f for Castle 3

....tweening is used for differant effects m8 , movemnet n' stuff is all

fbf, long i no but so good if done correctly :P
