You're going to have to make this clear,
is it a
PCI card?
or

a
PCI-E (PCI Express).

Assuming you're from america, check out

newegg.
I'm going to assume that you have a recent computer that uses

PCI-Express.

Considering PCI is very phased out by AGP, which is now

fairly phased out by PCI-E.

It depends also if you're building a new

computer or replacing an older PCI-E GPU.

I looked around newegg and

found

this:

eVGA 256-P2-N554-AX Geforce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video

Card - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130017)

Its got 181 reviews and averages 4/5, which is

great.
I've heard good things about eVGA and the price?

$152.99

But anyway, without knowing your currency, location

(country?), etc.

If posted your other specificiations (or proposed)

for your PC (or new one, and lemme know if its new) and I can probably help

you out a bit more.

Some people are waiting for DX10 cards but I think

they'll be nowhere near mainstream or these prices until at least June/July

next year, depends alot on how smooth all sorts of things go.

Note

that the latest cards, such as the ATI X and X1 series, and nVidia's 6x and

7x series I believe all support at least shader 2.0 and anti-aliasing I'm

also pretty sure is standard.

well thanks for all the help netro but i

meant PCI, i have a new board, but they fucked up and soldered a PCI instead

of AGP to the board (nothing i could do either due to the contest in which i

won the computer)

i know newegg has lots of help but i just need a

PCI, not PCI express like you suggested

i think im gonna just get a

barebone kit soon with AGP or PCI express slots

once again thanks for

the time but you shouldnt assume (makes an ass out of you and me)
