This might be long...but...
Story:
4611 AD. Mankind has made technology that enables them to reach space, and to explore it. The powerful group leading this endless voyage is the Rectic Fortitude (RF). There was, and is a war between the RF and Elite Guard (EG). The war was over who controlled and maintained colonies in space. A group of elite soldiers in one of the RF divisions, specialized in combat, were betrayed, and jailed, after winning over half of the battles against the EG, and especially against its main destroyer, Lust of Hell 666. However, they escaped, and were on the run, in the destroyer Echo 1337, away from the RF main destroyer: the Nova Light 999. Unexpectedly, Nova Light 999 had a system failure, and split in two. One fragment collided into the planet Aegis, and the other one flew off into space. It was soon unveiled that scientists of the RF were attempting to make a super soldier virus to enhance physical strength, but the project went haywire. The new super soldiers were mindless zombies that mauled its creators. Soon, mutations occurred, and the zombies became more powerful. The goal: to survive.
This is the future, as you can see. Yes, you have futuristic armor, and I also combined a little bit of magic powers into it.
