Notification Troubles

This just started today. I logged in and saw that I had a few notifications. So I checked them and went back to the forums page. Now, no matter how many times I try refreshing, it always says I have 1 new visitor message when I really don't. Any help?

I've had that problem before, and am sorry to say i don't know how to solve it. After a while it kinda just fixed itself. Depending on which browser you use may make a difference.

Not sure about the details. Try:

Log in and log out.
Restart and clear your browser cache and cookies.

Try and access your DQ account with another IP and see if the problem still is there.

it is. I tried using a different computer and the problem still persists.

Have you tried turning it on and off again?

yeah, whatever it is, it's stuck there...I've tried going through all of my messages, restarting firefox, using a different browser, using several different computers, and restarting my computer.

I guess since our beloved Admin doesn't care no longer, the problem can't be solved.
